2013 Fall Registration Information
Registrations are now being accepted and faith formation instruction is offered in the following formats:
Grades 1-5
- Classroom instruction on Wednesday from 4-5:15pm
- Home Study and once a month classroom instruction. Once a month meetings are held on Wednesday from 6-7:15pm
Parents teach the lessons to students at home and attend the monthly meetings with them.
- Small groups meet in homes on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 7-8:30pm. The scheduled days and groups are dependent on the number of students registering. The number of meetings and exact time may be adjusted according to the needs of the registered group formed.
- Family Home Study (material and instructional support for parents teaching students at home)
The SRE Family Registration Fee is $150.00 per household for registrations received by JUNE 30, 2013.
Turn in the completed registration packet with a minimum payment of $25 or full payment to the Family Life Ministries Office.
Families will not be denied participation due to financial hardship. Contact the FLM Office for information
on special payment arrangements or financial assistance.
